HRCalcs, operated by Smarter Business LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”), describes in this Policy how it collects, uses, and protects information from visitors to hrcalcs.com (the “Site”). Access to the Site constitutes acceptance of these practices.

HRCalcs provides free HR compliance calculators that run in the user’s browser. We do not collect personal data directly. The Site does not require registration or login, and no user account is created. Inputs entered into any calculator (salary, hours, bonuses, state, etc.) are processed locally by JavaScript in your browser and are not transmitted to our servers.

However, through third-party services, non-identifying technical information may be collected:

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
